Be honest: Would you ever brush HALF of your teeth? Put makeup on HALF of your face? or do just one side of your hair? Would you go out of the house wearing just one shoe? Of course you wouldn't!
This is exactly what I think every time someone messages me saying they want to lose weight but don't want anything to do with the nutrition side of things...or "I just want to do the workouts."
I am here to tell you that working out without focusing at all on nutrition is equal to working all day long and then spending your whole paycheck the same day. It puts you right back at square 1 with nothing to show for it!!
Is it always easy to follow up with correct nutrition? HECK NO! But I am here to support you! If you're wanting to see results and make changes you can't just do HALF! If you wouldn't do half of the things I listed above, WHY would you just put HALF into a health and fitness journey that you started for a reason??
